This means mutual respect and trust must be at the forefront of the client and practitioner relationship. You need to know that you are going to feel safe, supported, and heard as you explore the more vulnerable aspects of yourself. I offer free 15 minute initial consult calls to determine our suitability for working together.  This introductory call allows you to ask questions, to share a little about why you are seeking counselling and what you hope to achieve in the sessions.
